Lairy’s political passion brought him to Washington, D.C. where he began his professional career as the legislative aide to Congressman Marion Berry in 2004. Since then, he has planned and executed several events for many high-level political principals, including President Obama, First Lady Obama, President Clinton, Secretary Clinton, and many other dignitaries. Lairy is an exceptional strategist who analyzes trends and forecast sales to develop long-term strategies, key objectives, and operational execution plans that are based on evidence and best practices to maximize growth and profitability. Lairy serves as an expert consultant for the Department of Energy (DOE) with the Office of Economic Impact and Diversity. His work includes developing and securing strategic partnerships and plans for various stakeholder engagement programs. Additionally, he provides operational support for events that include contract negotiation and review, production management and much more for the federal government.
