Terri Hollingsworth is a 30-year professional in government relations, business and economic development. Before joining the Peter Damon Group, Hollingsworth served as a Regional Director of Economic Development for Midcontinent Independent Systems Operator (MISO) South Region, where she focused on establishing a vision and mission for MISO’s economic development team that aligned with MISO business strategies. Hollingsworth has served in leadership roles that have spanned local, state and federal agencies. As the Chief Administrative Officer for Delta Regional Authority, Hollingsworth was fully accountable for all aspects of the DRA’s day-to-day operations.
Hollingsworth has always been actively involved in civic and political issues, seeking to create effective change in Party platforms, and working for local candidates. Hollingsworth dreamed of serving the people of Arkansas and accepted the challenge to run for State Representative for House District #34 in 2009. Hollingsworth’s late father, Attorney Perlesta Hollingsworth instilled in all his children the duty to serve others.
Hollingsworth earned a B.A. degree in City Planning from Howard University and an Executive MBA from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. (The First Class for UALR). Hollingsworth is a 25-year member of the Little Rock Chapter of The Links, Inc., Delta Sigma Theta Incorporated and the mother of a14-year-old, Joshua Davis.
